Hello! My name is Lenora and I'm so happy you stopped by. Growing up in a Greek and Italian household, food was always front and center. Learning from multiple generations about how flavors and different ingredients work together created a fire in me to work in the food industry. In 2018, I left the corporate world and took a chance on cheese. Armed with only the knowledge that I basically liked every type of cheese, I had a lot to learn...

After spending a couple of years behind a cheese counter, working closely with a variety of imported products from all over the world, I developed my true passion for creating charcuterie boards for people.
